Cool Bedroom is an independent bedroom-cooling guidance and referral business.
Our website is designed to help people understand the main ways of cooling a bedroom, compare relevant options and identify a cooling route that appears suitable before approaching a retailer, supplier or installer.
Our services may include:

- the Cool Bedroom Finder and personalised cooling-route results;
- guidance about Portable, Monobloc and Split Air Conditioning;
- introductions to independent supply-and-install businesses where suitable coverage is available;

The accuracy and usefulness of the result depend on the information you provide. If you are unsure about a property feature, permission or installation requirement, you should check it before buying anything or arranging work.
Your responsibilities
When using the website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to:

Independent third-party businesses
Retailers, suppliers and supply-and-install businesses introduced or linked to by Cool Bedroom are independent third parties. They do not act as employees, agents or subcontractors of Cool Bedroom unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
If you purchase a product or installation, your contract will normally be directly with the relevant retailer, supplier or supply-and-install business—not with Cool Bedroom.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, Cool Bedroom is not a party to that contract, does not set or collect the third party’s payment and is not responsible for performing the third party’s contractual obligations.
The third-party business is responsible for its own:
- property assessment and technical advice;
- quotation, pricing and payment terms;
- product recommendations and availability;
- qualifications, insurance and legal compliance;
- installation work and site safety;
- delivery times and appointments;
- guarantees and warranties;
- aftercare, servicing and remedial work; and
- complaint handling.
You should review the third party’s quotation, terms, privacy notice, credentials and warranty information before entering into a contract.
Checks on businesses
Cool Bedroom may carry out proportionate checks on selected business information and relevant credentials before making introductions. These checks are intended to support our referral process but are not a guarantee of future conduct, workmanship, financial standing or the outcome of any installation.

Referral fees and commercial relationships
